While Quantic Dream's current project, the noir thriller 'Detroit: Become Human', continues to be a hot topic, today we have updated sales figures for their previous project, 'Beyond: Two Souls'.
Quantic Dream CEO Guillaume de Fondaumière mentions this in his LinkedIn profile, stating that the interactive drama has sold 2,8 million copies to date. Of these, approximately 2 million copies are for the PS3 version and another 800.000 for the later-released remaster for PlayStation 4. Sales through the free PlayStation Plus version are not included in these figures.
Given that Quantic Dream sagtDetroit: Become Human, already the most successful game in the studio's history, is likely to surpass these figures once again. At the same time, it should be further confirmation for Quantic Dream that, despite the sometimes harsh criticism of this type of game, they are on the right track.
