Although somewhat dated, Ubisoft continues to explore the possibilities for Assassin's Creed Origins on PS5 and Xbox Series X.
Apparently, they still see potential to fully utilize the title on the new generation and are aiming for at least a 60fps option. Currently, the title is limited to 30fps. In a tweet, the publisher writes succinctly:
"We are also looking into 60FPS support for Assassin's Creed Origins, so keep your eyes peeled."
Whether or not there will be a 60fps patch cannot yet be definitively confirmed. However, the chances seem quite good.

They were able to explore an unpredictable land, from deserts to blooming oases, from the Mediterranean to the tombs of Giza. They faced dangerous factions and wild animals, while learning the origin story of... Assassin's Creed has explored this. To do so, one slipped into the role of Bayek, the protector of Egypt, whose personal story led to the founding of the Assassin Brotherhood.

This top game convinced me to play AC again back then. Since then, AC has been a day-one purchase for me. I don't know what people are complaining about; Original Sin started the trend with the new combat system, and now it's perfected in Valehala. No other action-adventure game allows you to use two weapons simultaneously; even Witcher 3 has a worse combat system.
