Long hinted at, the next-gen upgrade is finally here for Assassin's Creed Origins Ready to launch on PS5 and Xbox Series.
Publisher Ubisoft has announced that the corresponding patch will be rolled out starting tomorrow, Thursday, bringing one of the most popular installments to the new consoles. The biggest change will be a 60fps frame rate, ensuring an even smoother gameplay experience. It is not yet known whether any further improvements will be included in the update.

Assassin's Creed Origins The 2017 installment represented a kind of soft reboot of the series and offered one of the most exciting settings in the entire series to date. The included Discovery Tour allowed viewers to embark on a journey through history in a way rarely experienced elsewhere.
