Larian Studios has big news today for fans of Baldur's Gate IIIThe highly anticipated "Path 8" patch will be released in 2025. This update will not only introduce crossplay, but also a photo mode and a whopping 12 new subclasses. A stress test for the patch is scheduled for early January.

Crossplay with cross-platform multiplayer

Players will soon be able to team up regardless of their platform. Whether PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox, or even Mac – crossplay makes it possible to embark on adventures together.
