Ubisoft Montpellier came under scrutiny in 2023 after numerous developers suffered burnout and were placed on sick leave. The restructuring of the teams and the continuous adjustments demonstrate the ambition of the project, but also how complex its implementation remains. Despite these difficulties, Ubisoft persists.
