Bulletstorm removed from the index, release of the Full Clip Edition

Gearbox announced today that the shooter 'Bulletstorm' is no longer on the index in Germany and will therefore be released in Germany as the 'Full Cip Edition'.

"Our goal is not only to help developers around the world bring their games to market. We also want to ensure that the titles are released wherever there are interested players. We strive to make the same gaming experience accessible to all players, uncensored and in accordance with the developers' original creative vision." said Steve Gibson, Head of Publishing at Gearbox Publishing.

"The process of removing these games from the index was complicated and took several months."“That’s what Scott Warr, producer at Gearbox Publishing, says.” “Ultimately, it was worth the effort and time to bring the titles to our fans in Germany. It’s one of the many examples of what we want to do for our players around the world. We’re thrilled that fans in Germany can play the games for the first time – with the exact same content that players in our country and other parts of the world are enjoying.”

Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition is presented in 4K at 60fps on PS4 Pro and PC, and features a guest appearance by Gearbox's Duke Nukem, who will be fully playable. According to Gearbox, Duke fits perfectly into the Bulletstorm setting, which is why they opted for this collaboration.

Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition will be released on April 07, 2017.
