Sledgehammer Games is also considering the return of classic Call of Duty maps, which could be added via DLC for 'Call of Duty Advanced Warfare'.
According to studio founder Michael Condrey, these are among the most requested features from players, as he stated in a recent interview. The studio continues to work on innovations for the series, such as the exoskeleton and vertical gameplay, but will now also consider the possibility of re-releasing older maps and reviewing them for this purpose.
However, nothing has been decided yet. The primary focus remains on the updates and already announced content for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.
