Developer CD Projekt is currently working on a multiplayer mode for 'Cyberpunk 2077', but it's still in the R&D phase. Therefore, there's no guarantee it will be implemented.
Furthermore, it's not yet possible to say what the multiplayer mode in this game might look like, as all options are currently being examined and tested before a final decision is made. Therefore, it's best to temper your enthusiasm for it for now.
The current focus in the development of Cyberpunk 2077 is clearly on the single-player component, but even here, it's unclear how long this will continue. CD Projekt hasn't yet announced a release date, only specifying that the game is for the current generation of consoles.
