Developer Bohemia Interactive is taking the next step in optimizing 'DayZ' on consoles today and will be restructuring the servers later today.
To better accommodate the increasing number of players, some servers in the US and Europe will be moved. Players will likely not notice this move, so all characters, in-game stashes, and bases will remain available as usual.
🎮 CONSOLE PLAYERS:
After EU-NL 9314 and US-SJ 4308, we are now moving 6 more servers (3 PS4, 3 Xbox) to a new machine. Your characters, in-game stashes and bases should not be affected. Read more to see if your server is on the list.https://t.co/AHhSHJ0Eco

1.05 Patch
Furthermore, patch 1.05 is now also being announced for consoles, which will bring parkour movement, new weapons, and rotting corpses. This will allow players to, for example, scale higher walls. The game will also be expanded with the following weapons and vehicles:
- New car Sarka 120 (Dacia 1300)
- Weapon KAS-74U (AKS 74U)
- Mlock-91 (Glock 19)
- MKII (Amphibia)
Another highlight will be the rotting corpses, which don't simply disappear but actually decompose, a process that will be visually apparent. This will allow viewers to determine, for example, whether a killer is still nearby or has already moved on.
Detailed information about patch 1.05 will follow in due course.
