Koei Tecmo has confirmed Raidou as the next character in 'Dead or Alive 6', and has also confirmed the Chinese Festival stage that accompanies the new character.

Raidou was believed to have been killed in an explosion after the first Dead or Alive tournament, but his body secretly regenerated and was augmented with DOATEC's biotechnology. This gave rise to Raidou with no memory of himself, transforming him into a madman driven by only one goal: strength and destruction.

Raidou employs a modified Mugen Tenshin Ninjutsu in combat, using his mimicry abilities as a foundation to copy various powerful moves from other styles. He favors a power-oriented fighting style, utilizing his colossal physique and combining both stolen moves and his own, such as Tenho-Gorai-Sho and Rekku-Jinraisatsu.

His stage – Chinese Festival – is a corner in a Chinese city, with remnants of Spring Festival decorations visible everywhere. But beware, as the ground is littered with unused fireworks that could cause explosions if disturbed.

Dead or Alive 6 will be released next February.
