In Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster There will be some crossovers, primarily in the form of new outfits. Capcom has already hinted at these, but the official Xbox Store is leaking the details.

The Digital Deluxe Edition includes 17 additional outfits from various Capcom franchises, including Resident Evil, Mega Man, and Dead Rising itself. This allows Frank West to hunt zombies and confront psychopaths in the Willamette Parkview Mall in a wide variety of styles.

These outfits are included in the bundle:

Dead Rising release date in Germany unclear

It remains unclear whether Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster will be published in Germany.
