KeokeN Interactive has released three new games in Deliver UsA new franchise has been announced, building on previous experiences. The first VR spin-off sounds particularly exciting. Deliver Us VR.
It all started back then Deliver Us the Moon (our review), which includes an additional story in Deliver Us the Moon: Huygens It is supplemented by a story that takes place during the blackout and is described as a survival experience. Deliver Us Mars continued the original story, which would be revisited in the future Deliver Us Home It picks up where the name suggests. It's about a lonely astronaut's experience searching for a home. Deliver Us VR It is ultimately described as an immersive astronaut experience that takes players back to the moon.
KeokeN Interactive is seeking publishers and investors
All three games are in development for consoles and PC, but there is no release date yet, nor any guarantee that production will be completed. KeokeN Interactive is using today's announcement to seek an investor and publisher for the projects.
In the appeal, KeokeN Interactive writes:
“After pitching these five games more than 200 times to over 40 publishers, it was time to draw on our greatest strength: our community and our network,” say Koen and Paul Deetman, co-founders of KeokeN Interactive. “It’s our last resort. We won’t go down without a fight, and what better way to fight than with everything we’ve built? Our entire team has poured their heart and soul into these games. The quantity and variety of these titles isn’t the result of a lack of focus or vision. It’s a testament to our adaptability and how hard we tried to make it work despite constantly shifting winds and exceptionally challenging times in the industry. More than anything, we love and want to keep making games.”
Besides the three new ones Deliver UsThe studio is also working on games We Are Human, a philosophical thriller that focuses on breathtaking battles and traverses, as well as on Expeditions, a souk-like co-op top-down shooter with a rich narrative set on Pangaea Proxima. Both projects are also slated for release on consoles and PC.
First impressions from the pitches can be seen in the trailer below.
