Tecmo Koei today announced a demo for Dead or Alive 5 Plus on PlayStation Vita, which includes a comprehensive range of features for close combat and touch fighting, training modes, as well as the familiar graphic style of the cult series.
The Dead or Alive 5 Plus demo includes cross-play, allowing players to compete against DOA5 players on PlayStation 3. Other features include the ability to transfer save data from the demo to the full version, as well as eight stages packed with fighting action. Players can also try out new single-player modes, such as Touch Fight. By fighting against computer opponents as Kasumi, Hyabusa, Eliot, or Tina, players can explore the diverse characters and fighting styles. Just like in the full version, costumes unlockable through normal gameplay can be unlocked in the demo. The playable stages in the demo are Scramble, The Show, The Tiger Show, Coming Soon, Zack Island, Dead or Alive, Arrival, and Dojo.
Dead or Alive 5 Plus will be released on March 21, 2013.
