Developer Bungie made some changes to 'Destiny 2' over the weekend, including disabling the XP scaling system in the game.

Dazu one explainsThe developers were quite dissatisfied with the system in its current form after analyzing the data. For example, players received more XP for longer activities like Crucible Competitive Multiplayer Matches or the Leviathan Raid, and less XP for short, quickly consecutive activities like Grinding Public Events. Since no other solution could be quickly found, the decision was made to disable the feature entirely.

As a result, the XP earning rate was also changed, and all values are now displayed uniformly in the UI. This will be examined more closely in the coming weeks to ensure that the current changes meet expectations and are well-received by players. Further information will be shared as soon as it becomes available.
