Battlefield 4 is currently slated for release on the next and current generation of consoles, while fans are asking a completely different question: When will "Battlefield: Bad Company 3" be released?
DICE's Creative Director, Lars Gustavsson, takes a stand on this issue and assures that the third installment will definitely be released.
“The Bad Company team hasn’t been disbanded; at least for now, the guys are on a break until they return to work,” says Gustavsson. DICE, according to their own statement, feels a great affinity for the brand and remains very proud that they were given such a great deal of creative freedom in developing the former Bad Company products.
Battlefield 4 will be released on November 29, 2013.
