One of the features that DiRT 5 One feature that's supposed to be particularly worthwhile on the PS5 is the haptic feedback of the DualSense controller. However, Codemasters is now planning a revision of this.

That said DiRT 5 Technical Director David Springate in a current live streamAfter gathering some feedback, which has been quite positive, the team sees even more potential and therefore wants to revisit this aspect. It's not a complete disaster, but it still needs some fine-tuning.

“I’ve seen a lot of people say, ‘I want to buy Dirt 5 on PS5 because of the haptics.’ That’s really interesting to me. […] I’ve also seen a lot of people say they really like the PS5 haptics. However, we’re not happy with it, so we’re going to revisit the haptics, although I haven’t seen anyone say, ‘I hate the haptics in Dirt 5.’ It’s just that we’re not happy with it, so we’re going to go back and do it again.”

Implementation is apparently not as straightforward as Sony has suggested. This may be because everything is still quite new, but let's hope the developers don't remove the feature from their development plans too soon.
