Downward Spiral: Horus Station will be released in August for PlayStation VR

By

3rd Eye Studios have today narrowed down the release date of their space adventure 'Downward Spiral: Horus Station', which was previously roughly scheduled for spring 2018.

While the release for Oculus Rift and HTC Vive has already taken place, PlayStation VR owners will have to wait until sometime in August. An exact date will be announced once the ongoing certification process is complete and any remaining bugs have been ironed out.

Downward Spiral: Horus Station lures players to a space station abandoned by its crew. Unraveling the station's mystery requires wit and ingenuity as players battle unknown dangers – either alone or with a partner in cooperative mode.

The game places a strong emphasis on narrative told through the player's environment, which is why there are no dialogues or cutscenes. Instead, players must piece together the plot through their own observations and interpretations. Downward Spiral: Horus Station also offers an eight-player multiplayer mode that opens up the space station for thrilling battles in zero gravity.
