Square Enix has confirmed the release date for 'Dragon Quest Heroes' in Europe for October 16th, and today they are presenting a brand new trailer.
The title, created in collaboration with ω-Force (Omega Force) by KOEI TECMO GAMES, brings together the luminaries of the series: Yuji Horii, General Director and creator of DRAGON QUEST, Akira Toriyama, the world-famous artist who gave the series its unmistakable style, and Koichi Sugiyama, composer of countless masterpieces for the games.
The publisher also announced two special editions of the game, including the Slime Collector's Edition with a plush toy, lanyard, keychain, and various digital content, including Slime Sword, Goodpid's Bow, Gooey Gloves, Splat o' Nine Tails, Goomerang, Squishing Rod, Slime-on-a-stick, Goobeat Sword, Gungenir, and two additional playable maps: Gold-Digger's Map and Happy Map. Additionally, there will be a Day One Edition, which comes equipped with extra weapons.
