Konami is currently preparing for the start of Season 2 in eFootball 2022 before and takes the simulation offline for a full 4 days.
The project is currently planned for the end of May to implement the new content of Season 2. During this time, all online content will be unavailable, with a few exceptions. eFootball 2022 It can still be played offline in the meantime. Update 1.1.0 will be released afterwards, followed by Season 2 a few weeks later.
This also means there will be some new features, which will be presented in due course.
The unusually long waiting times schreibt Konami:
"The events and campaigns of Season 1 have come to an end, and today the pre-season for Season 2 begins. The update to version 1.1.0 will bring improvements to win/loss decision-making in online matches, server capacity expansions, and preparation for future initiatives such as sharing data between console and mobile devices."
The maintenance period lasts from May 30th to June 2nd. During this time, test matches with some leagues and clubs will remain playable, with two new options added: "Beginner" difficulty level and 10-minute match duration.
Following the completion of maintenance, Season 2 will launch on June 16th, accompanied by various in-game events. Further details will be announced in-game, on the official website, and on this Twitter account.
