Resident Evil: Damnation, a new CGI film based on the Resident Evil franchise and a sequel to Resident Evil: Degeneration, will be released in 2012. The first teaser trailer is now online.

Leon S. Kennedy will reprise his role as the lead actor in Resident Evil. The film will also be shown in 3D.
