Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today released the first video of a multi-part developer diary for LEGO The Lord of the Rings.

While the Fellowship is tasked with the monumental mission of saving Middle-earth, TT Games has taken on the creative challenge of recreating the iconic Lord of the Rings continent with meticulous attention to detail. The videos in this new developer diary series reveal why LEGO The Lord of the Rings is arguably one of the most cinematic video games TT Games has ever worked on. The vast world the Fellowship traverses on their journey has been painstakingly recreated brick by brick, with every location, environment, and battle meticulously modeled after the books and films. Furthermore, in LEGO The Lord of the Rings, some of the original voice actors from the films bring the characters to life, delivering familiar lines for an authentic and unforgettable gaming experience.

LEGO: The Lord of the Rings will be released in November for PS3 and PS Vita.
