Bethesda has announced the release of Fallout 4 Announced for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, it will be released on current-generation consoles in 2023. This celebrates the series' 25th anniversary, which is being extended slightly with the new-gen release.
As it is in the announcement is called, there will be a free update for owners of Fallout 4 on last-gen consoles. Improvements include a performance mode for high frame rates, gameplay quality enhancements, 4K resolution, further bug fixes, and some bonus content from the Creation Club.
"To conclude our anniversary celebrations, we would like to thank you – the fans – who have accompanied us on this journey over the past 25 years. Whether you were there for Fallout in 1998 or are entering the wasteland for the very first time, we can't wait to see you for many years to come!"
Fallout 4 It was the studio's most ambitious game to date. As the sole survivor of Vault 111, you enter a world devastated by nuclear war. It's up to the player to rebuild it and determine the fate of the wasteland.

Halloween in Fallout 76
For those who don't want to wait until next year, Fallout 76 remains an option, launching a Halloween event called Appalachia that brings back a scourge from Spooky Scorched. Here, costumed enemies must be defeated to collect some high-quality in-game treats.
You can also visit your Appalachian neighbors with a trick-or-treat. Just make sure you have a bowl of candy at your camp. You can find supplies at a local vendor or in the surrounding area.
