Bethesda has released an update on the upcoming Patch #20 in Fallout 76, introducing 'Public Teams'.

It's never been easier to team up with your friends and other players. Once Update 20 is released, simply open the Social menu to get started with Public Teams. A "Public Teams" tab has been added, allowing you to see which public teams are currently available in your world. As you browse the list, you'll notice that each public team has its own team objective—such as exploration or building—making it easier to find like-minded players. Public teams can have up to four members, so if there's an open spot, just click on a team in the list and join instantly.

You can also find public teams by looking at the map. Team leaders use special icons to indicate their current team goal. Click on these icons to learn more or to join the team directly. Of course, you can also create your own teams if you can't find any suitable ones. You and your teammates will receive a bonus related to your team goal – so choose carefully to attract team members with similar objectives.

Below is a list of all team objectives and their associated bonuses. You receive the standard bonus simply for being part of the team. Each bond forged within your team increases the bonus by the standard amount.
