Square Enix will soon release the first free DLC for 'Final Fantasy XV', which will bring new content and new features.
The Holiday Pack will be released on December 22nd in a free version, as well as in a version for Season Pass holders. Included are new accessories, a ticket to the Moogle Chocobo Carnival Festival (which takes place in January), and the addition of the New Game+ option. There's also a new photo frame feature that allows players to enhance Prompto's photos with various themed frames.
Holiday Pack+
- Rune Ring – A protective ring that shields the entire group from magic attacks from within their own ranks.
- Command Booster – An item for Noctis that fills the command bar faster, but freezes the royal arms bar.
- Limit Booster – An item for Noctis that speeds up the filling of the Royal Weapon Gauge, but freezes the Command Gauge.
- Triumph of Speed – A scroll containing the notes of a victory fanfare, granting additional AP for a grade of A+ in time (does not apply to training).
- Triumph of Agility – A scroll containing the notes of a victory fanfare, which grants additional AP for a grade of A+ in technique (does not apply to training sessions).
- Key to Happiness – A talisman that increases the rate at which fallen enemies drop items.
- Stamina Booster – An item that allows Noctis to run and hang with greater stamina.
- Premium Carnival Ticket – A beautifully decorated ticket that whisks the owner away to a lively carnival for a limited time.
- Festive clothing (available from the end of January 2017) – A chic and fun outfit, ideal for festive occasions.
- Exclusive HOLIDAY PACK+ photo frames – Additional themed frames that can be applied to Prompto's photos when shared via social media.
Holiday Pack (Free Version)
- Triumph of Strength – A scroll containing the notes of a victory fanfare, granting additional AP for an A+ grade in Offense (does not apply to training).
- Level Stopper – An item that prevents experience points from being gained, thus preventing characters from leveling up in order to increase the difficulty.
- Free Carnival Ticket – A beautifully decorated ticket that whisks the holder away to a lively carnival for a limited time.
- Kupobo T-shirt (available from the end of January 2017) – An exclusive T-shirt featuring everyone's cuddly and feathered friends. Colorful, comfortable, and ideal for every carnival-goer.
The DLC will be available from December 22nd.
