Building on the current hype surrounding Black Panther, which is currently also showing in cinemas, a corresponding video game adaptation may be in the works, according to a recent leak.
Comic book writer Evan Nariciss commented on the franchise via Twitter, mentioning a video game that has not yet been announced. Nariciss himself is currently working for Marvel on 'Rise of the Black Panther,' a limited series also due to be released this year. Therefore, one could assume that he also possesses some insider knowledge.

The tweet is circulating widely and garnering a lot of positive feedback, including from well-known developers like Liek Andrien Gbinigie, Product Manager at Ubisoft, and Ryan Treadwell, who previously worked on Dragon Age: Inquisition and Modern Warfare Remastered. Apparently, they are particularly excited about a potential video game adaptation, should it actually happen.
Whether a Black Panther game is in development or not remains to be seen. So far, it's just rumors and nothing more.
