The PS5 exclusive so far Ghostwire Tokyo Tango Gameworks' game could get a sequel. At least there's a lot of interest in it if the opportunity arises.
That said Ghostwire: Tokyo Game Director Kenji Kimura IGN Japan, according to which there are already some ideas for a sequel, but these could also be implemented in a DLC for the current game.

“I think once things calm down a bit and I’ve cooled down a little, I’ll have ideas for DLC and sequels and want to make them,” Kimura said. “Nothing’s decided yet, so I can’t say anything more about it right now.”

A sequel also for PS5?
While a DLC for PS5 would certainly be a possibility, a sequel on Sony's console is rather doubtful, since Tango Gameworks now belongs to Microsoft following its acquisition of Bethesda. How this will affect exclusive titles in the future is already clearly demonstrated by... Starfield and The Elder Scrolls VI. According to current plans, neither game will be released for PlayStation.
Until then, you definitely shouldn't miss the original on PS5, which is not only a true tech showcase on the PS5, but also something refreshingly different in the gaming landscape. It was also recently mentioned here. VRR support integrated, which allows you to get everything currently possible out of the hardware.
