Polyphony Digital has released the announced Patch 2.04 (79MB) for Gran Turismo 5, as well as the official changelog.
Among other things, performance in online races has been improved to deliver a better experience, the wobbly screen in the rear view from inside the vehicle has been fixed, electric vehicles now automatically drive to the pit stop when their battery needs recharging, corrections have been made to force feedback, and much more.

As Polyphone Digital confirmed via the official forums, the latest update is causing some problems. Among other things, rewards are no longer being unlocked after online races. They are currently working on a solution.
