Over the weekend, Polyphony Digital already released a new update for Gran Turismo 7 announced that it not only includes five new vehicles, but also further enhances the simulation technically.

The early patch notes mention a 120Hz mode and VRR support, provided you have a compatible TV. However, they don't yet reveal exactly how the new performance mode will be implemented. Presumably, it will utilize an unlocked performance boost that is compensated for by the VRR feature, without significantly reducing the resolution.
