On Twitter A new mystery image has surfaced, suggesting four new vehicles, including two Super Formula cars. The Jaguar XJ220, the AMG GT3 Evo, and the Super Formula SF23 cars from Honda and Toyota are suspected.
GT7 Olympic Esports Series 2023
Alongside these new vehicles, the Toyota Gazoo GR Cup and the Time Trials for the Electronic Olympics will also begin. Olympic Esports Series 2023 is a global virtual and simulated sports competition created by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) in collaboration with the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) and Polyphony Digital.
The online qualifying tournaments will take the form of an online time trial and are open to all players. These can be found via the "Sport" mode of Gran Turismo 7. Players who achieve the fastest times in the online qualifying tournaments will be invited to the Olympic Esports Week 2023 in Singapore and will participate in the Olympic Esports Finals 2023, which will take place on June 25, 2023.
The qualifying event will initially run from April 27th at 00:00 UTC to May 7th at 23:59 UTC. The full schedule is attached:

- Players must be citizens of one of the eligible countries/territories for the online qualification and the 2023 Olympic Esports Final.
- Players must be at least 18 years old at the time of the 2023 Olympic Esports Finals. (Players from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates must be at least 21 years old at the time of the 2023 Olympic Esports Finals.)
