Back in May, Sony and Thrustmasters confirmed that they were working on an official steering wheel for 'Gran Turismo Sport', and a lot has happened on it since then.

New details and images were released today, revealing significant differences from previous descriptions. Most notably, analog sticks are no longer included. Key features this time around include 1080° steering, force feedback powered by an industrial-class busrushless motor, and an 11-inch steering wheel with brushed center spokes and redesigned rubber textures, which is also removable. The accompanying pedals are adjustable for height and spacing.

The Thrustmaster T300RS Gran Turismo Edition Racing Wheel is also compatible with many Thrustmaster products, including the 599XX EVO 30 Wheel Add-On Alcantara Edition, TM Leather 28 GT Wheel Add-On, Ferrari F1 Wheel Add-On, Ferrari GTE Wheel Add-On T3PA-PRO Pedal Set and TH8A shifter.

The steering wheel will be available in time for the launch of Gran Turismo Sport in spring 2017. The price is expected to be around €350.
