Gravity Rush 2 – Online support discontinued (Update)

Approximately one year after its release, online support for Sony's 'Gravity Rush 2' will end next January, as the publisher announced today. informs.

As of January 19, 2018, the following features will no longer be available:

  • Sending and receiving challenges
  • View rankings
  • Sending and receiving Treasure Hunts
  • Sending, receiving, and rating photo ghosts
  • Receiving Dusty Tokens and their rewards

To salvage something positive from the end of the online service, the Dusty Tokens Acquisition Increase Event is starting immediately, increasing the number of Dusty Tokens that can be obtained while playing online, in order to acquire outfits, talismans and other rewards that will no longer be available with the end of the online service.

Sony announced today that the shutdown of the servers has been postponed by 6 months and is now scheduled for July 18th/19th, 2019.
