SEGA today announced the release date for 'Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X', as well as additional highlights and features.

In Project DIVA X, players must help Miku and her friends sing and dance their way through five Clouds that are threatening to compromise their world. Each Cloud has its own Aura – Classic, Cool, Cute, Elegant, and Quirky – each presenting different challenges. The Auras feature 30 new songs to perform, as well as nearly 300 modules (outfits) that significantly impact the many different challenges.

VR Support Confirmed

Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X also features a new content editor where players can step into the role of a producer and create their own shows using the songs, modules, and accessories. The entire Miku community is also back, allowing players to interact with Miku, her friends, and themselves. Finally, SEGA confirmed PlayStation VR support as soon as the headset is available.

Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X will be released on August 30, 2016. Pre-orders will also receive a small pouch for smartphones, etc., bearing the symbols of the five auras, each representing a different gameplay style.
