An unusually transparent step, and at the same time a kind of show of trust towards the community, which was slowly becoming impatient after months of technical problems.

Live service with a learning curve

So, when a galactic event like the Illuminates' attack suddenly occurs, it's not a PR stunt, but rather an integral part of the dynamic game world. Well, running bug-free is definitely the goal. But the question is how long it will take. If they take too long to get it bug-free and no new content is released, then no one will be playing it anymore because it will have become too monotonous. That's why the problem is how long it will take them to solve these issues. It shouldn't take too long because people are already getting impatient, but they still understand the delay. For now.

Arrowhead has temporarily halted new content for Helldivers 2. Finally.
It only took almost 2 years.
Screw the Warbond updates.
The game must run bug-free; that's much more important.
