Square Enix and IO Interactive are releasing a new iOS app called Hitman: Absolution – Full Disclosure, in which the developers present an uncut retrospective of Hitman: Absolution.

Hitman: Absolution – Full Disclosure grants uncompromising and unrestricted access to the development process, a rare privilege for fans. More than 250 images and 25 videos showcase discarded concepts, abandoned ideas, videos of early prototypes, and much more that went into the development of Hitman: Absolution. The majority of this material was previously unavailable to the public and was compiled by the development team from their own documents. The app is divided into 40 sections, each accompanied by explanatory commentary from the team.

“With this app, we are concluding the entire process and returning to the very first ideas and concepts we devised together. I am very happy that we can share these with the fans.” said Tore Blystad, game director of Hitman: Absolution. “We deliberately chose to dig deep into our archives to bring out the real gems.”

The app reveals, among other things, the original version of Angry Man and Homeless Hitman. Download the app >>
