Deep Silver and Dambuster Studios have now officially confirmed a Day One Patch for 'Homefront: The Revolution', which is strongly recommended to be installed before playing for the first time.
According to Dambuster, this update implements further important performance optimizations, including the frame rate, which still presents some issues without the update. A statement on the official forum reads:
"The Day One Patch includes a number of performance and framerate improvements, as well as other fixes that will enhance your gameplay experience. We strongly recommend installing the Day One Patch before launching your game."
Reports from early players surfaced several days ago indicating that the shooter's performance wasn't up to par. However, these issues might be resolved with the update, just in time for Homefront: The Revolution's official release on May 20th.
