SEGA announces with HYENAS They're back, and they'll be at Gamescom again this year. A new gameplay trailer has been released beforehand.
The new video shows the Hyenas fighting their way through the "Earth Vintage" loot ship, making off with tons of gear and taking out MURFs. The action culminates in a spectacular anti-gravity showdown.
HYENAS is a hero-based multiplayer extracism shooter in which five teams of three compete against each other (and against ruthless NPC security forces, so-called MURFs) compete to steal valuable pop culture merchandise from huge, themed looting ships.

Who visites HYENAS Those who want to experience it in person can do so again this year from August 23rd to 27th in Hall 8 of Gamescom, where the title will be publicly playable. PC gamers, meanwhile, can look forward to the first Clodes beta phase, which will take place from August 31st to September 11th.
This playtest features eight specialists, including newcomers Mozie – the original hyena – and rock 'n' roll roadie and pyrotechnician Digits. They are joined by ballerina Prima, astronaut Commander Wright, lightning-fast cosplayer Hero-ki, sharpshooter El Silbón, gamer Doc Hotfix, and defense expert and drag queen Galaxia, with whom they plunge into the weightless action of the gigantic plunder ship Earth Vintage.
HYENAS It will be released later for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC.
