After a short break, there's another update for Hyper Scape today, which includes a new event and the crossplay feature.

The limited-time Takeshi's Team Deathmatch Party event is available now until February 9th and invites players to engage in fast-paced and intense Team Deathmatch battles. Players can unlock exclusive cosmetic rewards during the event by completing the following challenges:

  • Play five games in Team Deathmatch: An exclusive weapon skin “CITY POP RIPPER”
  • Win a game in Team Deathmatch: An exclusive champion outfit “TAKESHIS CITY POP”
  • Win ten games in Team Deathmatch: An exclusive emote “B-BOY”

Once the relevant challenges have been completed, the respective item will be automatically added to the locker in the game.

Crossplay & other updates

Furthermore, the crossplay feature was introduced today, enabling cross-platform play on PlayStation, Xbox and PC.

Title Update 4 also included an adjustment to aim assist, reducing bullet magnetism at medium to long range for all weapons. Finally, several game modes were reworked.

  • In Crown Rush Squad and Crown Rush Solo A maximum of 60 players can now participate. The zone decay times have been adjusted accordingly.
  • Team Deathmatch: Players now spawn with a weapon and a hack, which are randomly selected for all players at the start of the game.
  • ComfortNew tiles have been added to the portal to show the activity level for each game mode, and players now receive an estimated waiting time in the lobby during matchmaking.
  • Arcadium Squad: From now on, you can join the Arcadium training mode as a squad and use the group chat for communication. Group members can also fight each other and chase each other through Neo Arkadia.
