Following various hints and leaks, Netherrealm Studios and Warner Bros. officially announce 'Injustice 2' for 2017 today and present a first trailer.
As the announcement states, this time you can create your ultimate version of your favorite DC Comics legend. With a massive roster of DC Comics heroes and villains, Injustice allows you to equip each iconic character with unique and powerful in-game abilities. Experience an unprecedented level of control over how your favorite characters look, how they fight, and how they evolve across a variety of game modes. This is your superhero. Your journey. Your Injustice.

Injustice 2 continues the epic storyline of Injustice: Gods Among Us, as Batman and his allies rebuild society while battling those who seek to resurrect Superman's reign. Amidst the chaos, a new threat emerges, jeopardizing Earth's very existence. Players choose their fighters from the largest roster of DC characters ever seen in a martial arts title, including classic fan favorites like Batman, Superman, Supergirl, and Aquaman, as well as surprising new villains such as Atrocitus and Gorilla Grodd. The battles take place in even larger arenas, set in familiar locations like Metropolis, Gotham City, and Atlantis.
