Warhorse Studios and Deep Silver, in collaboration with Saber Interactive, have released an updated version of Kingdom Come: Deliverance Released. The next-gen update is now available completely free for all PlayStation and Xbox owners – a Shadow Drop that brings the medieval world of Bohemia to life in new detail.

At the same time, the successor celebrates Kingdom Come: Deliverance II a remarkable milestone: over 5 million copies sold in just twelve months.

Improved graphics and performance

The update brings the classic Henry saga to a more modern level: Console players can look forward to smooth 60 FPS, making battles, equestrian scenes, and forest exploration feel significantly more responsive. Image quality has also been improved, so that Bohemia is presented as immersively, clearly, and vividly as possible.

According to Warhorse, players can now “experience the entire world with enhanced detail“– a promise that is actually noticeable in testing. The natural landscapes, villages, and battlefields in particular benefit from the optimized textures and lighting conditions, without overloading the hardware.”

Next-gen for existing fans

The free update is part of the celebrations surrounding the anniversary of Kingdom Come: Deliverance IIThe download is now available for owners of older versions. Furthermore, the game can now also be played on consoles via Game Pass, including all next-gen enhancements.
