After months of being out of the spotlight, two new videos for 'Let it Die', currently being developed by GungHo and Grasshopper Manufacture, have been released today.
The first video is a typical promo teaser, while the second video promises real gameplay scenes from the free-to-play survival action title, which will be released in 2016.
In Let It Die, you start completely "naked," in your underwear and unarmed, wearing only a gas mask, with the goal of survival. Players can choose from a wide range of customization options, assembling individual weapons and equipment, some of which are based on data from other games. If a player dies, their avatar appears in another player's game, even though this game will also contain AI opponents. The concept behind 'Let It Die' is somewhat unusual, as upon your death, you appear in another player's game and are presumably considered an enemy.
