Developer Univrs has announced the VR title 'Little Witch Academia: VR Broom Racing' for 2020, which will be released for unspecified platforms.
In Little Witch Academia: VR Broom Racing, players can use magic to fly freely through the sky on a broomstick with characters from the story. The game utilizes Univrs' patent-pending "Motion Disease Prevention Technology," which reduces "VR motion sickness," a problem that restricted player movement in previous virtual reality titles, thus ensuring the best possible flying experience.
The game will initially be financed through a crowdfunding campaign, which will launch in early July and end in mid-August. A playable demo of Little Witch Academia: VR Broom Racing will also be available at Anime Expo 2019, which also takes place in Los Angeles in early July. Game Director Junichi Yamamoto will be there to present the game in more detail.
However, a first trailer is available today to give you an impression.
