Media Molecule's new and creative project 'Dreams' may receive support from PlayStation VR, as studio co-founder Alex Evans suggests.
There's a short and lighthearted discussion on Twitter about this between Ward and Dave Smith, also a studio co-founder, who disagree on whether Dreams will receive VR headset support or not. Ultimately, however, Ward makes a final decision, writing:
Dave is really pissed off with me for all the 'vr confirmed' angles but hey Dave it would be cool and you're not on Twitter like this: VR CONFIRMED
— 𝖒𝖒𝖆𝖑𝖊𝖝 (@mmalex) October 29, 2015
While this still doesn't seem to be a final confirmation that PlayStation VR will actually be supported in the end, Dreams is considering the possibility.
The PlayStation VR lineup has already improved considerably in recent days, including major titles such as Trackmania Turbo, Dead or Alive Extreme 3, Until Dawn: Rush of Blood, Dead Seret, and GT Sport, to name just a few. Furthermore, Analysts expectThis suggests that PlayStation VR will by no means be a niche product or only enjoy short-term success. It is seen as the next big hit in the entertainment industry, with PlayStation VR as a potential market leader.
