Bandai Namco is releasing the major story expansion 'Road to Boruto' for 'Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4' today. It is the ultimate and final chapter of the Naruto story.
Road to Boruto features the anime graphics already familiar from Ultimate Ninja STORM 4 and combines them with an expanded combat system and a brand-new story mode (Boruto's Tale) that recounts Boruto Uzumaki's heroic deeds from BORUTO: Naruto the Movie. The title thus sets completely new standards for the STORM saga.
The expansion is based on the story of Boruto: Naruto the Movie. Players take on the role of Boruto, the son of Naruto Uzumaki, a member of a new generation of shinobi. The adventure is set in the revamped Konohagakure (Village Hidden Behind the Leaves), where players must master the Chunin Exams and ultimately prevail in exciting and brutal battles against the impetuous Momoshiki and his loyal subordinate Kinshiki. Road to Boruto also introduces new playable characters, enriching the already powerful roster of fighters: Boruto, Sarada, Mitsuki, Naruto the 7th Hokage, Sasuke the Wandering Shinobi, and Mecha-Naruto. These newly added characters promise novel and exclusive combinations of techniques from both the old and new generations.
