The Dark Souls creators at From Software teased their new project with a short video at The Game Awards.
However, no further information is available, so neither the platform, genre, release window, nor anything similar is currently known. The teaser video itself ends with the words... "Shadows Die Twice"This suggests that it will follow a similar path to previous games. We'll just have to wait and see.
More details to follow in the next 12 months. We hope you look forward to it! https://t.co/YvshapWDYl

More information about the new project could be revealed as early as tonight at PlayStation Experience, given Sony and From Software's long-standing close collaboration. A tweet also hinted that they are planning new information about the game for 2018, but don't want to keep fans waiting too long.
As soon as new information becomes available, you will of course find out about it here with us.
(Update)
There are now a few indications that the project is a new Tenchu game. The trailer contains several clues, including a possible ninja document, ninja-typical weapons such as a throwing dart, and the theme of 'Shadow' itself, which already appeared in a From Software title, namely Tenchu: Wrath of Heaven for the PS2. However, at the moment, all of this is just unconfirmed speculation.
