There's new supply for all ambitious theme park builders in Planet Coaster: Console Edition, who can look forward to the Ghostbusters theme and the Studio Pack this week – the ultimate love letter to the hit film.
The Ghostbusters Theme Pack features the outstanding vocal talents of Dan Aykroyd and William Atherton in a brand-new, story-driven scenario. It also includes a wealth of authentic scenes, sound effects taken directly from the 1984 original, including those from the ECTO-1, Slimer, Stay Puft Marshmallow Man, Ghostbusters HQ and Spook Central, as well as everything players need to create a spooktacular park.

With a selection of new blueprints, a variety of building materials, and a brand-new flat ride and roller coaster, you can invite your visitors to a spectacular event. This includes the RollerGhoster, a spinning, twisting Slimer-themed roller coaster; and The Ghostbusters Experience, an interactive ride where guests can hunt ghosts and score points while cruising around in the ECTO-1. You can even ride along and fire proton packs to take down the colorful ghosts and ghouls.

The Studios Pack, on the other hand, brings the blockbuster experience to Planet Coaster: Console Edition and allows players to choreograph heart-pounding stunt shows, design exciting backlot tours, and create cinematic thrill rides that put guests right in the middle of the action.
The Studios Pack includes over 90 new blueprints, hundreds of new scenery and construction items, and three incredible new rides. These include the Big Screen Tour, a bus ride where park guests are immersed in a virtual reality experience thanks to VR headsets; Re-Motion, a simulated chain ride where an adjustable robotic arm tilts riders in all directions; and Horror Heights, a chilling, dark ride featuring the Drop Tower.
Both new DLC packs will be available from April 29th.
