The PlayStation Now library is not only constantly growing, but games can also be removed from the selection, as one may now be surprised to discover.

Users in the US are currently receiving notifications about which games will be leaving the PlayStation Now service in a certain number of days. Until then, they have time to back up their save games and store them in the cloud via PlayStation Plus, so they can potentially purchase the game later and continue playing. This is, of course, a rather annoying situation, especially if you've invested a lot of time in a game and thought you could finish it indefinitely. It certainly doesn't bode well for the future of streaming services.

Although no one expected this from PlayStation Now, this approach is also known from other streaming providers, such as Netflix, which constantly expand or reduce their content. Overall, however, PlayStation Now is growing more than it is shrinking.

Users still see a huge problem in the possibility that streaming providers will continue to simply replace or remove content at will. Some are genuinely afraid of this era in which the publisher alone decides, and not the end customer.
