A seemingly small detail is currently causing concern among PlayStation Plus users – but those who look closely will realize that a central feature of the service has disappeared without a word: The "Last Chance to Play" section in the PlayStation Store, previously a reliable guide for everyone who wanted to make good use of their PS Plus library, has vanished without a trace for over a week.

PlayStation Plus exits without warning

What initially seemed like a simple delay is slowly turning into a real puzzle. Sony usually provides timely notifications about which games are leaving the Extra or Premium catalog – a feature that helps many players plan their time effectively. After all, who wants to be ripped out of the middle of a game's campaign just because it disappears from the catalog without a word?

In April, however, there was radio silence. The new games came as usual, but the accompanying list of departures was missing. Many thought: “"It'll happen eventually." But now, more than a week later, the area has completely disappeared – not only in Germany, but worldwide, as PSLS noticed.

Communication gap at Sony is widening

The community is reacting accordingly: with concern, irritation, and in some cases, anger. On social media, users are increasingly expressing the feeling of being left in the dark. Especially hardcore gamers who rely on PlayStation Plus as their primary source of games feel let down.

Of course, there are also optimistic voices: Perhaps, some hope, May simply won't see any departures. A nice thought – but unfortunately also a risky one. Because without official confirmation, this hope remains just that: wishful thinking.

It wouldn't be the first time Sony has shown communication deficiencies when it comes to details. PlayStation Plus or other services. But especially with such a user-centric feature as this, the silence seems almost negligent.
