The year-end statistics summarize all trophies, games, and achievements, including hours played, top games, and much more. A reward in the form of PSN vouchers awaits at the end.

According to Sony, there were 763 games available to play at the Premium level this year, plus the permanent Essential and Extra level games.
To see your personal PlayStation wrap-up, you simply have to Follow this linkLog in with your PSN ID and explore all four areas. At the end, you'll receive a voucher code that can be redeemed in the PlayStation Store; in our case, an avatar. There are supposed to be a total of six different PSN codes.
Each avatar voucher can also be redeemed by other players in its region, meaning that users can share the code with friends and look out for the different avatar codes.
