To counteract the occasional problems in multiplayer matches, Sony has installed a sub-system on the PS5 that rewards fair players with awards.

These will awarded to playersThese awards are given to members who are particularly helpful, fair, or sporty, which is then reflected in their profile – essentially small awards. According to Sony, these awards are intended to help identify the best community members. "to encourage and recognize positive influences so that more people contribute and embody the ideals of PlayStation".

There are three categories in total: Helpful, Welcoming, and Good Sport. Helpful refers to people who are considered team-oriented. Welcoming players are open and friendly, while Good Sport stands for qualities such as being positive, honorable, and respectful.

The awards are displayed on your profile page, are only given once per match to players who are not on your friends list, and only once every 12 hours. The system works similarly to... Overwatch, where similar awards are given to fair players.

The PlayStation 5 will be released in this country on November 19, 2020.
