Long before the official PS5 launch next week, the first consoles are already in circulation. The same applies to games and accessories.
It's unclear where the PS5 is already available for purchase, but a video on Twitter clearly shows that someone has the console up and running at home. The short video shows the animation instructing users to connect their DualSense controller to the PS5 upon first powering on the hardware.
Furthermore, there are reports that the first games are already in circulation, including Sackboy: A Big Adventure, as well as the accessories, which were already spotted at retailers like BestBuy a few days ago.
In Germany, you'll probably have to wait until at least November 19th for the PS5, as retailers rarely break the Street Day release date for hardware. At best, you can hope for delivery the day before via online ordering, but that's about it.
Whether an earlier delivery, how hinted at yesterday, Monday, by Media MarktWhether it will actually take place remains unclear. Therefore, the official date remains November 19, 2020.
UpdateThe lucky user who already owns a PS5 shows another video, this time of the UI and system settings.
